User sending an Excel sheet attachment through mail

Error message: The operation failed due to network or other communication problem.

Excel Documents - File-Send To- Email reciepient not working

Issue solved on AURHOT0004 with the following command

Solution:

regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\OLE32.DLL

root cause why this dll got unregistered is unknown (side effect of an install or an uninstallation
of another product ??)
